| After Your Treatment: |
| As a Spa patron, you are welcome to stay at the Spa as long as you like. Enjoy the quiet room, linger to your heart's desire and enjoy any of our amenities. |
| Jewelry: |
| If possible, leave your jewelry at home. If however, you have brought valuables, make certain that they are securely locked in your locker. If you choose instead to take them with you to you treatment, be mindful of not leaving them behind. |

| Pregnancy or Medical Conditions: |
| Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Also, before your treatment begins, let you therapist or esthetician know of any medical concerns. |
| Modesty and Clothing Issues: |
| Towels, robes, wraps, and slippers are provided for your comfort. it is never required that you are unclothed in front of anyone at our day spa. There are private places for you to change. Therapists are well trained in the "art of draping". They will keep you covered at all times except fore the area of the body they are massaging. They leave the treatment room before and after your massage to let you cover yourself and get up onto and off of the treatment table. |
| Steam Room: |
| The use of our steam room is complimentary with any spa service. Please ask for time to be allowed for the steam room when you schedule your appointment. |
| Eating and drinking : |
| It is best not to eat for at least an hour before a massage or body treatment, and avoid the consumption of alcohol on the day of a treatment. Drink plenty of water before and afterward, especially if heat therapies, such as body wraps or steam room, are part of your day spa experience. |
| Children: |
| By law, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times while receiving spa services by a parent or legal guardian and under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial spa treatment consultation form. We welcome children to receive appropriate spa services. |
| Spa Packages: |
| Choose one of our pre-designed spa packages or customize a spa package to best suit your needs. Packages of four or more services include a complimentary spa lunch. |

| Cell phones: |
| Because the salon environment is really all about you, it's best to silence cell phones and pagers so everyone can enjoy their time of pampering. |
| Scheduling Appointments: |
| To
insure your desired schedule we recommend advanced booking.
Wedding parties and groups need additional advance booking,
however last minute appointments are always welcome. |
| When to Arrive: |
| If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to your services so that we can get you checked in and familiar with Kelani Salon and Spa. late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of our ability. |
| Cancellation or Changing Appointments: |
| All will agree: time is a most valuable asset. Your appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule any services. "No Shows" and late cancellations may be charged for the services scheduled. |
| Groups: |
| KeLani
Salon & Spa specializes in group functions, whether they are business-real ted, wedding parties birthday parties, family reunions, or just friends. Deposits required. This can be accomplished with you gift card information or credit card. |
| Parking: |
| Free
off street parking is provided for you during your appointment time at KeLani. |
| Salon Attire: |
| Robes
are provided for chemical services. |
| Special Occasion, Formal Styles and Makeup Application: |
| Wear
a button front collarless shirt. For a formal hair styling, please have hair dry prior
to arrival. |
| Pedicure

| Please
bring your thong style sandals to wear after your pedicure to protect your polish |

| Everyone welcomes a little pampering. A gift of pampering will tell someone that they are appreciated and special. Our gift cards are easy to give. Gift cards can be for hair services, nail services or spa services. Or you can set a specific dollar amount and let the recipient choose. Ask about tour convenient packages. We can even process your gift card over the phone and mail it to you or directly to the recipient. Gift Certificates are prefect forever occasion! |
